Combining it with free home evaluation lead capture pages and other types of landing pages / offers is a great way to get the most out of your ads. Your real estate website may ‘leak’ leads while these dedicated offer pages are designed only to capture them.

The key seems to be keeping a really high focus on it and sharing entertaining content rather than the normal boring real estate topics. Find a way to make them interesting, engaging and shareable.
