Now  you have built some sort of relationship, add more months to the campaign and keep in contact with them as much as possible. Real estate e-mail marketing is one of the strongest weapons you can have in your tool set. Your goal should be to appear as you are already working for them and you want to be the first person they think of whenever they think of real estate.
