Seller leads are key to any successful real estate business.  The process for sellers is simpler and requires less time to manage than that of buyers. As a result, your real estate  business grows at a faster rate.

Here are 5 tips for getting more seller leads from Facebook

1. Only post valuable seller content

Shareable content is golden when it comes to building your brand on social media. There are some great tools that give you insight into what topics are of interest within any given category.  Buzzsumo.com is a great website to use for this.  One thing to keep in mind with these posts is that you want them to be about tips to help sellers. Since seller leads are harder to come by, gearing your posts towards helping out sellers will take you far.

2. Post In Local Facebook Groups

Using Facebook local groups is a great way to get you in front of thousands of eyes.  Look for groups that are related to both real estate and and your location. You can then focus on writing an article that appeals to the group.  Post your article to the group and let the engagement begin.

3. Highly Branded Images

Images are key when posting any of your blogs or articles.  If you are at all savvy with graphic design, you should try to include your real estate logo with them. Doing so will help build your brand with visitors as they will become accustom to seeing your images.  This will help them remember you more easily.

4. Be sure to use calls to action

Take advantage of sprinkling call to actions all throughout your Facebook page. These help bring your business objectives front and center on your page.   As the page admin, you can choose from CTA’s like Sign-Up, Shop Now, Watch video and more. If you have a post about tips for sellers, you can include a soft call to action for them to get in contact with you.

5. Post All Videos Directly To Facebook

By now, you should all be incorporating videos into your marketing. As an example, you should post directly and not just post a link. Facebook promotes posted videos more than posts with a link.  Time to get creative and start uploading all those helpful videos you have been putting together!
